Slow cookin'

So I obsessed about buying a slow cooker, thinking that it would somehow make my life magically simple. I don't know how much simpler life is...but it is fun trying out some new recipes. Of course RLG loves it because he can participate more than when we cook on the stove.

I found a recipe for Skyline Chili. Hey, if we can have Skyline and the beach...it'll be a tough sell to get us back to Ohio ;)
